Recently, Rainbow Agro organized the first ever Agro input dealer business Summit dubbed the Rainbow Agro 2023 Business Summit in Uganda. The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) and regional Agro Input dealers participated in this meeting.

Rainbow Agro conducted a thorough research on the Ugandan crop market, with the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) and regional Agro Input dealers has tested and ecologically fit various pesticides for the different crops grown in the different ecological zones of Uganda. To find the optimal crop solutions to reduce local environmental degradation and reduce banned chemical residues in Agricultural produce, while reducing the cost of crop protection products, increasing the adoption rate of farmers and driving economic growth.

During the meeting, Mr. Paul Mwambu, the Director of Crop Protection and Certification at the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries, announced the official operation of Rainbow Uganda agricultural crop protection business in Uganda and expressed his appreciation for the series of crop protection initiatives carried out by the Rainbow Agro in Uganda, suggesting that agricultural operators should always work with crop protection professionals and professional companies to get the best service and protection.
