Rainbow held the Annual Latam Regional Leadership Team Meeting in Buenos Aires. Wicky (Chairman of the Board), Alejandro Crespo (General Manager of Latin America), Colin (Regional Director of Andean Region), Ferdi (Regional Director of Central America) and Country Managers attended.

The first day, attendees mainly talked about key parts of strategic plan. The keynote speaker elaborated on Go-To-Market Strategy, Portfolio Management and Customer Relationship Management modules in the context of the company's value proposition and platform values, and then triggered key questions for discussion. Discussion under different countries and different business models gave everyone a deeper understanding of what to do, why to do it and how to do it, and led attendees to think about business improvement and enhancement in their own regions.

On the second day of the conference, Paula Molinari, the president of a well-known local training institution, was invited to give a training on the current situation and future development trend of leadership, and then proposed the concept of "Management is a Technology".  Wicky explained Rainbow's vision, mission and values, and then in the context of the company's strategic planning report, Wicky analyzed the current business development status, future development plan and core advantages of the fast market entry platform, guided everyone to think about their role positioning and transformation, and to recognize the tasks and responsibilities as Leaders.

Through the two-day seminar, not only did the attendees think about business improvement and management skills, but also felt the importance of team integration. In the future, the Rainbow will continue to recruit outstanding talents, integrate them and use them well, so that they can have the ability of reading and understanding different markets, strategic planning and business operation construction and implementation, create a team atmosphere of "Together we Work, Together we Win", and get a better growth in the implementation of the Rainbow's strategic planning.
