On December 9-10（TRT）, RAINBOW EMNA MEETING was held in Istanbul, Turkey. The chairman of the company, Wicky, and key team members from the Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia and Eastern Europe attended the meeting. The meeting mainly focused on the Rainbow's development history, corporate culture and interpretation of the Rainbow's strategic planning, and some countries’ strategy discussions.

All members from different countries came together, from Akli, a new employee from Algeria who has just joined Rainbow 10 days, to Natasha, the CIS team leader who has been with the Rainbow for more than 10 years, they are all energetic and passionate, share the same vision and mission and are willing to work for it continuously. Wicky introduced the growth history of Rainbow, explained the vision, mission and core values, and analyzed the changes of our business model and the core advantages of our rapid market access platform.

During the two-day’s meeting, Vadim, the country manager of Russia, presented the strategic planning report of Russia, and the market partners of each country shared the information and plans of their markets. All members showed how to analysis different markets based on BLM model, everyone had a fruitful discussion to promote the achievements of our goals together.

After two days of discussion, everyone had a deeper understanding of BLM model. Based on the advantages of the company's platform, we expect the responsible staff of each market to be more creative on setting the growth path of each market, and insist on doing the difficult but right things to further improve the global marketing network and help the company achieve its vision.
