On early December, the Central American team leaders met together in Guatemala in order to review the Strategic Plan 2020-2024.

Despite the restrictions and big challenges of the last two years, the company has reached out a rapid growth in this region. During three consecutive days the team analyzed together and established the main priorities and action plan to reach the main goals of 2024.

During the event, our global President, Wicky Wang, participated and presented the progress of the global key initiatives and projects to become a global leading crop protection company. All the team concluded that there is still a lot of space to keep growing. Following our core values and focusing in executing successfully our strategic plan, the whole team is confident to become a top leader of the Central American region by 2024.
